Hiteam

HiTeam d.o.o. is in cooperation with the company E-Smart Systems d.o.o. started a project based on enabling support in the form of a Call Center for the eITP Šalter.

eITP Šalter is a web application developed by the company E-Smart Systems d.o.o. which enables carriers in international transport to connect electronically with the database of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and also enables sending requests for debiting and disbursing permits via the Internet.

Our goal is to provide carriers with the opportunity to contact agents who can help them and facilitate their work and problem solving when they need it.

The complete technical solution was made by HiTeam engineers. The HiTeam team is also in charge of Call Center support.
