Request for exercise of rights
What rights does the person whose data is processed have?

In relation to personal data, the person whose data were collected has the following rights:

• the right to request access from the Handler to personal data and information related to processing (Article 26 of the Law on Personal Data);
• the right to request the correction of incorrectly entered data and the supplementation of such data (Article 29 of the Law on Public Procurement);
• the right to request the deletion of data (Article 30 of the LPPL);
• the right to restrict processing (Article 31 of the Law on Public Procurement);
• the right to data portability (Article 36 of the LPPL)
• the right not to be subject to a decision made solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling (Article 38 of the LPPL);
• the right to be informed about the violation of personal data, if this violation of personal data can produce a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons (Article 53 of the LPPR);
• the right to file a complaint to the Commissioner for Access to Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection - Bulevar kralja Aleksandra No. 15, 11120 Belgrade, telephone: +38111 3408 900, e-mail: office@poverenik.rs (Article 82 ZZPL);
• the right to judicial protection if he / she considers that his / her rights from the LPP have been violated (Article 84 of the LPP);
• other rights guaranteed by the valid LPP.

The data subject can exercise his / her rights by filling in the Request for exercising the right, which is available in the Business premises of the Operator, as well as on the website of the Operator, by clicking on THIS LINK.

In relation to the exercise of his / her rights, the controller will provide the person whose data have been collected with all necessary additional information, as well as assistance, in accordance with the conditions and in the manner prescribed by the applicable LPP.
